All orders are shipped via our fulfillment partner from a warehouse in Germany — fast, securely packaged, and reliable.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: free
• Austria: free
• other EU countries: weight-dependent, displayed at checkout

For multiple items, each table frame is packaged and shipped individually — shipping costs apply per item.

Delivery Time

Unless otherwise stated, we deliver within 2 to 7 business days after receipt of payment. After shipment, you will automatically receive a shipment tracking email.

Carrier

Shipping, depending on the destination country and package size, via FedEx or an equivalent parcel/freight service provider (DHL, DPD, GLS).

Packaging & Transport Damage

Our table frames are packaged flat and securely, with corner protection. If there is visible transport damage, please document it directly upon receipt and report it within 48 hours to support@relles.at.
