Does the base fit my washing machine?+
Yes – our bases are compatible with approximately 99% of all commercially available washing machines and tumble dryers. The height-adjustable feet compensate for unevenness.
How much weight does it carry?+

No. The included tools and easy-to-understand instructions (also available as a video) make assembly quick and easy.

What is the tension belt for?+
The washing machine is securely fastened to the base frame by the tension strap. The spacer additionally creates a stable connection to the wall. Together, the washing machine, base frame, and wall form a solid unit – for maximum hold, high stability, and safe operation without the machine moving. Ideal for anyone with increased safety needs.
What if a part is missing or damaged upon delivery?+
Should a part be missing or arrive damaged upon delivery, simply contact our support team. We will send you the affected part free of charge.
Are anti-vibration pads or mats necessary?+
No. We advise against using additional anti-vibration pads or mats. Many people place such pads or mats under washing machines to reduce noise and vibrations. In our experience, however, on the base unit, they tend to have the opposite effect: The soft intermediate layer allows the machine to vibrate more easily and can even amplify the vibrations instead of dampening them. For a quiet, stable stance, it's best to place the washing machine directly on the base unit.
