Yes, our base frames are compatible with commercially available washing machines and dryers. The height-adjustable feet compensate for uneven floors.

How much weight does it carry?

Is it difficult to set up?

No. The included tools and easy-to-understand instructions (also available as a video) make assembly quick and easy.

How will it be delivered?

What kind of warranty do I have?

2-year warranty on material and workmanship, plus a 30-day right of return. Returns within Germany and Austria are free of charge.

What is the tension strap for?

The tension strap securely fixes the washing machine to the base frame. The spacer also creates a stable connection to the wall. Together, washing machine, base frame and wall form a solid unit. This gives firm support, high stability and keeps the machine from wandering. Ideal for anyone with a higher need for safety.

What if a part is missing or damaged upon delivery?

Should a part be missing or arrive damaged upon delivery, simply contact our support team. We will send you the affected part free of charge.

Are anti-vibration pads or mats necessary?

No. We advise against using additional anti-vibration pads or mats. Many people place such pads or mats under washing machines to reduce noise and vibrations. In our experience, however, on the base frame, they tend to have the opposite effect: The soft intermediate layer allows the machine to vibrate more easily and can even amplify the vibrations instead of dampening them. For a quiet, stable stance, it's best to place the washing machine directly on the base frame.
